It is best to get a friend to measure you - stand up straight with heels together, but do relax. Measure carefully, a well-fitting garment is flattering and comfortable, it is essential to measure accurately and honestly.

			measurement in cm
	chest	measure around the fullest part of the bust, making sure the tape is placed over the shoulder blades.	cm
	natural waist	measure around the natural waistline making sure the tape is comfortably loose, to allow two fingers under the tape.	cm
	hip	measure around the fullest part of the body.	cm
	centre back to natural waist	measure from the base of the neck to the natural waistline.	cm
	natural waist to hip	measure from the natural waistline down to hip-line (fullest part of the body)	cm
	inside leg	using a pair of your existing well fitting trousers, measure from the crutch (where the inside leg seams meet) to the bottom of the hem. Also think about the shoes you intend to wear with the trousers, adding in any extra length if needed.	cm
	skirt length	measure from where the skirt will sit to the bottom of the hem at the front.	cm
